AMARILLO, Texas, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- McCoy Myers and Associates (McM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTC Pink Sheets: CSVI), announced a number of officer promotions on September 28, 2007.
Mark Buse, Vice President of Account Management and Conversions/Installations
Mark Buse has been named Vice President in charge of Account Management and Conversions/Installations for McM. His responsibilities include supervising the account managers who provide the communication link between McM and its customer base. Additionally, he oversees the conversion and installation process for both new and existing customers.
Buse joined McM in January 1994 after five years as Controller for a customer bank. His McM career began on the McM conversion/installation team, where he moved to team leader and eventually department head. In addition to thirteen years of working closely with conversions, installations, and mergers, Buse has also supervised McM phone support, technical writing, customer technology, and quality control teams. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from West Texas A&M University.
Keith Koester, Vice President of Data Center Operations
Keith Koester has been named Vice President, Data Center Operations. Koester joined McM in 1995 as Data Center Manager for the Waco Data Center. In 1996 he assumed responsibility for the McM Fort Worth Data Center. From 1999 to 2003, Koester played a major role in opening several new Data Centers and remote capture locations for McM. Over the last few years he has worked with the Federal Reserve Bank and multiple correspondents in implementing image exchange for McM's customers. He currently manages all Data Center Operations for McM.
Koester has over 34 years of experience in Data Center Operations. His experience before joining McM includes ten years with Affiliated Computer Services and twelve years with a bank data processing center in Waco, Texas. Koester's experience in these roles included system evaluation and implementation and the management of programming, customer support, and installations departments.
Dorinda Mote, Vice President of Programming and Development
Dorinda Mote has been named Vice President, Programming and Development for McM. She will be responsible for planning, research, and product development associated with the Programming department as well as the overall management of the department. Mote joined McM in May 1995 as a Programmer. Shortly thereafter, she was named Programming Manager. Since then, she helped launch and manage the McMLinks division, which develops and deploys ancillary products and interfaces for McM.
Before joining McM, Mote was Director of Programming for eight years with a Minnesota bank software firm where she managed the development of bank and credit union software. Mote holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Barbara Mansfield, Assistant Vice President of Customer Support
Barbara Mansfield has been named Assistant Vice President of Customer Support and is responsible for the Customer Response Center. Mansfield joined McM in 1982 as the ninth employee and celebrates her 25th anniversary with McM in November 2007. She joined McM as an installer and has since served in many roles, primarily in installations and customer service. In 1996, Mansfield established the Quality Control Department, and in 1999 was responsible for opening the Amarillo Data Center. She later initiated the Customer Care Program that has since grown into the Account Manager Department. In August 2006, Mansfield became manager of the Phone Support Department and continues to serve as an instructor responsible for the educational content of McM's annual Users' Meeting.
Before joining McM, Mansfield worked in the banking industry in Ohio where she became a state bank examiner.
Cheryl Trenfield, Assistant Vice President of Core and McMLinks Conversions
Cheryl Trenfield has been named Assistant Vice President responsible for core and McMLinks Product Conversions and Installations. Trenfield joined McM in January 2001 as a member of the core conversion team. In March 2005 she became manager of the McM Core Conversion department, and in March 2006, the McMLinks Installation department and Core Conversion department merged with Trenfield as the department manager. Trenfield's department is responsible for converting banks to McM's Meridian core system and McMLinks products, such as an integrated real time teller system, imaging products, and ATM/Debit card services. Trenfield also serves as a member of the new product design committee for McM.
Trenfield spent seven years in the banking industry working with loans, CDs, IRAs, and new accounts before joining McM. Her banking experience includes serving on the bank's budget committee, heading up the bank's Internet banking implementation and assisting with the bank's conversion to the McM core system.
