His expertise will help lead Statera's efforts in developing and strengthening the Microsoft Information Worker, Customer Relationship Management & ERP sales and marketing solutions. Mark joins Statera from Microsoft Corporation where he served in numerous sales and marketing leadership roles since 2003. Mark has relocated from Boston where he served as the Area Sales Manager for Microsoft's Dynamics business for CRM & ERP mid-market solutions covering the Northeastern United States. Prior to his work in Boston, Mark served as Group Product Manager for the US Microsoft Information Worker Business & Marketing Organization where he managed both enterprise and mid-market customer segment sales and marketing strategy in Redmond, WA. While in Redmond, Mark developed a number of US programs to increase Information Worker & Dynamics partner capacity, US Office launch planning field role design and the implementation of Microsoft's Business Productivity Infrastructure Optimization initiative. Mark started with Microsoft as the Desert Mountain Business Productivity Advisor covering Microsoft Office System solutions and the entire Information Worker product set.
